HOW ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping costs are free for Moroco and 28€ for all other customers.

WHAT ARE THE MODES / DELIVERY TIME?
Due to the current context Delivery times are 6 working days. These times do not include the order preparation time (24 hours). For customers residing in Morocco, we deliver through Aramex. For customers outside Morocco, we deliver via Fedex express.

HOW DO I FOLLOW THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Upon shipment of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It will contain the tracking number of your package.

WHAT TO DO IF MY ORDER IS LOSED?
If the tracking of your package has not changed within 72 hours, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service by email via our contact form or by phone at +212 665414151. Our advisers are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
