Shipping costs are only refunded under certain circumstances, for example if the order is completely wrong or defective.

If, despite the care we take in preparing your order, a model does not meet our quality requirements, we invite you to contact Customer Service via our contact form.
Our advisers are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm. We will offer you a tailor-made solution. Your purchase will be refunded immediately.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCEDURE?
In order to return models that do not suit you, simply contact our customer service via our contact form, and we will send you the address to which you should send the package. The return will not be accepted if the model is unsuitable for sale (damaged, used or dirty). If this is the case, the model will be returned to you. Upon receipt of the package, we will refund you. The shipping costs will be at your expense.
